When you contact us

The contact form asks for your name, email address and message. We use these details to read and respond to your inquiry. Submissions go through Web3Forms and are delivered to owner@remergentsky.com. The form does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Web3Forms also processes technical information, including IP addresses, for delivery and spam prevention. Its policy describes infrastructure and spam-filtering providers that may process submission data. Please avoid sending passwords, financial information or other sensitive details.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages people visit and how the website performs. Cloudflare processes traffic and performance information such as page paths, referral sources, country, browser, device type and page-load timings.

Our analytics integration does not send the name, email address or message entered in the contact form. We do not run advertising pixels, session recordings or custom form-tracking events on this website.

Hosting and security

Our hosting and security services process requests needed to deliver and protect the website. These requests can include your IP address, browser information, requested URL and request time. Security services may set cookies to help distinguish ordinary traffic from abuse. This technical processing is separate from the Web Analytics report.

Where information is kept

This website does not maintain a separate database of contact messages. Messages delivered to the studio are kept in its email system for correspondence and follow-up. Web3Forms states that submission data may be retained for up to three years, unless a shorter period applies or it is deleted earlier. Its processing and retention practices are described in its policy.

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Information in provider systems, email accounts and backups is subject to those systems' retention and deletion practices.

Questions and requests

To ask about information you have provided, request a correction or request deletion, email owner@remergentsky.com. Include enough context for us to locate your correspondence, without sending sensitive identification documents.

You can use your browser's privacy controls to restrict scripts and cookies. Some website features, including the contact form, need JavaScript. You can still reach us by email.
